Vinny Jones Brut advert
I’ve booed him and called him a dirty bastard but I really wish Vinny had played for WH. I’ve seen his Brut advert loads of times and it never fails to make me laugh. We would have loved him at UP.

The bit with the frumpy fat bird saying 'ooh what's happening' having just spoken in a SENSUAL tone makes me laugh for some reason.

Like yourself, I'm quite easily pleased.

Good luck to him for making such a life/career for himself off so little discernable talent.

Bit like Robbie Williams.

NB... Ha ha ha... we was next to the bloke who had the inflatiable sheep ... yeah he took it well... better than when Tim Breaker had that frozen chicken lobbed at him when he came over to take a throw in... !!!

Loved the Chicken Run

Met Vinny a few times, he use to drink in a pub called The Venture in Hemel Hempstead and you would sometimes see him in there on a Sunday lunchtime. He isn't the Cunt he tries to portray in real life, far from it. He liked a beer but was very much a family man and has made a few mistakes like everyone else. But that goal for Leeds

Re: Vinny Jones Brut advert
Vinnie Jones was a thug of a player but at least doesn't take himself too seriously, unlike John Fashanu who always come over as someone with a vastly over-inflated opinion of himself.
Watch the Crazy Gang documentary on BT Sport where he talks about Lawrie Sanchez as being his 'enemy' and being gutted that is was him who scored the winner in the 88 Cup Final.
Plus he was a viscous sod, just ask Gary Mabbutt.

Re: Vinny Jones Brut advert
As a bloke he's solid, my Mrs looked after his wife after her bypass many years ago, Vinny doted on her and her little girl from a previous relationship

I remember a game after the Dons League Cup tie when Jones was back at the Boleyn and he came to take a throw in by the Chicken Run, plenty of abuse was being thrown at him and he hesitated as he walked towards the stand, someone at the front then pulled out an inflatable sheep and put it on the shelf to much amusement, he took it well picked it up and pretended to shag it

Fair play

Re: Vinny Jones Brut advert
If he was playing today he'd get nowhere near the premier league. Talentless thugs don't prosper in the top flight these days because he'd be sent off every game. He'd be lucky to get a game in League 1.
As for his 'acting', Guy Ritchie has a helll of a lot to answer for.

That Leeds game that was the biggest mob I have ever seen pile out of the station... we was drinking in Charlenes came out when they arrived and I swear that line went on forever... all had that shitty Vinnie Jones birds nest hair do as well... also remember a few opening their jackets to show us their `Vinnies Gonna Get You' T Shirts... fucking farsands of them...

I was watching Rossiya, Russian News channel (or the wife was) and there was an ad on, I thought I recognised the actor and then realised its Vinnie Jones advertising Russian version of guinness, sitting in a bar drinking from a can.

Russian lager is pretty good, but their dark beers are awful. This one's called Porter by the way.

Re: Vinny Jones Brut advert
I can't find references to it on the web, but I'm pretty sure I remember him issuing threats, through press interviews, to his ex-girl friend's future boyfriends.

While living with his new girlfriend.

Vindictive fucker expected his ex to live without a bloke for the rest of her life.

You're easily pleased Old Geezer. That advert makes me cringe every time I see it due to Jones' absolutely cringeworthy, awful 'acting'.

Don't mind Vinny, and now spends his life wealthy and retired playing golf everyday in LA.

Was a terrible footballer though, wouldn't get anywhere near a PL side today.

Re: Vinny Jones Brut advert
You have to say fair play to him
As said he used to work seriously hard for a living but has ,with minimal talent ,been able to make a living as a professional footballer and the entertainment industry

My only fear is that once we escape lockdown we will be confronted with endless scrotes reeking of Brut posing down the pub in their silly flat caps. Awwwright MATE
